Veterans Day dining specials at Dallas-Fort Worth area

Dallas-Fort Worth restaurants are extending their gratitude to military veterans and active-duty personnel this Veterans Day on November 11, 2023. They are offering complimentary meals or discounts to those who have served or are currently serving in the armed forces. To avail of these special offers, be prepared to provide proof of your military service. Please note that most of these deals are applicable for dine-in customers only.

Here is a list of restaurant deals for 2023:

2. Bar Louie is giving veterans and active-duty military a complimentary Bar Louie Craft Burger. To redeem this offer, you must present a valid military ID. This deal is valid for dine-in customers at participating locations.

3. Bb.q Chicken is offering a 25% discount to all U.S. military veterans and active-duty servicemembers with a valid ID on November 11. This offer is only available in-store at participating locations. Additionally, Bb.q Chicken will donate a portion of their Veterans Day sales to the Honor Flight Network, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inviting veterans to share a day of honor at our nation's memorials.

4. Bombshells Restaurant & Bar locations in Texas will provide free entrees to veterans on November 11, with a 20% discount on other items. A valid military ID is required.

5. Bonefish Grill is providing service members, veterans, and first responders with a free order of Bang Bang Shrimp and a soft drink, no purchase required. This offer is available all day on November 11. Year-round, Bonefish Grill offers a 10% Heroes Discount to service members, veterans, and first responders.

6. Bowl & Barrel is offering all veterans free Burgers in a Bag on Veterans Day with a valid military ID, and no purchase is necessary.

7. Cantina Laredo is offering veterans a free entree of their choice, up to a $25 value. The restaurant will also have a Missing Warrior table to honor those who have served and died.

8. Carrabba’s Italian Grill is offering veterans and active-duty military a complimentary dine-in appetizer or dessert paired with a soft beverage when they show their ID. This offer is available all day on November 11, with no purchase required. Year-round, Carrabba’s offers a 10% Heroes Discount to all service members, veterans, and first responders.

9. Cotton Patch Cafe is offering veterans and active military a free Chicken Fried Steak or Chicken Fried Chicken with a military ID on November 11. The restaurant will also donate $1 to Homes For Our Troops for every Chicken Fried Steak and Chicken Fried Chicken sold on Veterans Day. This deal is available during store hours for dine-in customers at all Cotton Patch Cafe locations.

10. Dough Bro’s is giving veterans a 50% discount on their food all day on November 11.

11. El Chico is offering veterans a free entree of their choice, up to a $25 value, on November 11.

12. El Chingon will provide veterans with a 50% discount on their bill, including food, beverages, and bottle services, on November 10 and 11.

13. El Fenix will offer veterans a free enchilada plate on November 11, with a choice of two cheese, chicken, or beef enchiladas, or the taco plate that includes two chicken or beef tacos, both including rice and beans. This offer is for dine-in customers only.

14. Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers will offer veterans and active-duty military a free Freddy’s Original Double with Cheese combo meal card on November 11, with no purchase necessary.

15. Fish City Grill will offer veterans and active-duty military personnel a free entree up to $25.99 in value on November 11.

16. Golden Corral hosts an annual Military Appreciation Night on November 13. All veterans and active-duty military will receive a free redeemable dinner (buffet and beverage) from 5 p.m. to closing. This offer is available for dine-in customers only.

17. Hat Creek is offering veterans a free Big Hat Burger with a valid military ID on Veterans Day.

18. Hawaiian Bros. is offering a free classic plate lunch for veterans and active military when they show their ID on November 11. This offer is available for dine-in, drive-through, and carry-out, excluding ghost kitchens.

19. Hutchins BBQ in Frisco and McKinney is continuing its tradition of providing free meals to local veterans on Veterans Day. Dine-in guests with a valid military ID can choose between ½ pound of barbecued meat with two sides or a 1-meat sandwich with a choice of brisket, pulled pork, house-made sausage, or smoked turkey, alongside two sides.

20. Joe Leo is offering veterans a free Golden Taco plate on Veterans Day with a provided military ID, and no purchase is necessary.

21. Luckys is offering veterans a free entree of their choice, up to a $25 value, on November 11.

22. Perry’s is offering a Veterans Day Lunch Eve with a free pork chop on November 10, available for dine-in customers only from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additionally, a Veterans Day Early Dinner will be available for $39 on November 11, dine-in only from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Reservations and military ID are required.

23. Pokeworks is offering veterans and service members a 20% discount on any order with a valid military ID. This offer is available in-store only on November 11-12.

24. PJ’s Coffee is offering veterans and active-duty military a free 12-ounce hot coffee or cold brew iced coffee on November 11.

25. Ryder Cup Grille will offer veterans a 25% discount on food and non-alcoholic beverages all day at this restaurant located inside Fields Ranch Clubhouse at PGA Frisco.

26. Snuffer’s is offering veterans and active-duty members who dine in one free burger or sandwich of their choice on November 11.

27. Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe will honor veterans with Gyros for our Heroes. All veterans will receive a free Chicken Gyro on Veterans Day.

28. III Forks will offer veterans a free entree, up to a $60 value, at the Frisco steakhouse on November 11.

29. Twin Peaks will be offering veterans a free lunch on Veterans Day, where veterans can choose a free menu item. Guests will also have the opportunity to donate to Tunnel to Towers, a charity founded to provide mortgage-free homes to certain first responder families.
